  1. I forgot my username!

    Please contact the webmaster at webmaster@pinnacle.co.za and provide him with you company name and Pinnacle Dealer Number. He will reset your account and you will receive an email from the server with your username and a brand new out-of-the-box password.


  2. I forgot my password!

    Click on the "CLICK HERE TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD" link, or click here to reset your password.


  3. How do I reset my password?

    Click on the "CLICK HERE TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD" link, or click here to reset your password.
    Enter your username, click Send A New Password. You should reveive an email from the server shortly.


  4. I reset my password, but I did not receive any email!

    This can be one of many things;
    Did you check your Junk Mail folder? Our mail is sometimes filtered.
    Your proxy may have blocked it because it thought it was spam,
    Or your email address that we have on the system is incorrect.
    In the latter cases, please contact the webmaster at webmaster@pinnacle.co.za and he will assist.


  5. What is up with the password?!

    Yes, we are aware that our sever is a sadist. She has personality issues and hates humans.
    I recommend Copy and Paste. Really.


  6. I received an email with my Password, but I still can't log in.

    See below.


  7. I received error message that says that my account is not yet activated!

    Your account still needs to be activated. If two (2) business days have passed since you registered and you still get this message, please contact the webmaster at webmaster@pinnacle.co.za and he will take the matter up with the branch. Please remember to add your User Name and Pinnacle Dealer Code.


  8. I received an error message about an invalid username or password.

    You are entering the wrong user name or password, or your request was not completed succesfully.
    Contact the webmaster at webmaster@pinnacle.co.za and he will verify your details. Please remember to add your User Name and Pinnacle Dealer Code.


  9. I received an error message about my account being locked out.

    You have entered the username and password wrong five (5) times, and the server has locked you out. Please contact the webmaster at webmaster@pinnacle.co.za and he will unlock your account.
