• Application entry will only be allowed for the time period mentioned on the competition.
• To qualify for and be entered into any of our competitions, you must answer the specific competition question or questions correctly.
• Only those users resident in the Republic of South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia are eligible for entry.
• Entries can only be made via the form on the web site. No other correspondence will be entered into.
• By taking part in the competition, you warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete at the time of submission. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your details and e-mail address are accurate, and that Pinnacle Africa is informed of any changes to these. Pinnacle Africa accepts no responsibility for any changes which are not properly notified from the time of submission of your entry to the time of notification that the prize has been awarded.
• All entries are the property of Pinnacle Africa. By entering the competition, you thereby assign absolutely the copyright and all other rights in the entry for the full period of the copyright.
• Pinnacle Africa reserve the right to disqualify your entry if it is incomplete or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these rules, or rules specific to a competition.
• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• No member of the Pinnacle Holdings Group, Pinnacle Africa, Datanet, Workgroup, RentNet, Pinteq and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies (except Pinnacle Africa Client, unless otherwise stated in the competition rules), and members of their immediate family; nor members of the sponsors of any competition listed on this page, and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family, may enter any of the competitions hosted partly or in whole by Pinnacle Africa.
• All taxes, insurances, transfers and other expenses resulting from the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
• Pinnacle reserves the right to alter, amend or close the competition as necessary.
• No responsibility will be taken by Pinnacle Africa for any answers that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
• In the case of any disputes regarding these rules, or the rules or instructions of a specific competition, the decision of Pinnacle Africa will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are not transferable and/or negotiable. Prize may not be redeemed for cash.
• The prize winner will be notified via email once the draw has been audited.
• Personal information collected will not be shared with any third party.
• The winner of the prize will be required to collect their prize from a Pinnacle Africa branch. The prize will not be shipped to any other location.
• Prizes not collected/claimed within 30 days of being won will be disposed of at Pinnacle Africa's discretion.
• Winners of specific competitions accept that certain other conditions may apply as prescribed by Pinnacle Africa and/or the respective sponsor of the specific competition.
• Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
• By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by Pinnacle Africa, participants further agree to be bound by our internet Terms & Conditions.
• The competition and these rules are governed by South African Law.

Warnings

• Unless pre-arranged with you, Pinnacle Africa representatives will NEVER come to your office or home to say you're a winner or to deliver a prize.
• The prize must be picked up by the winner at a Pinnacle Africa branch. Please NEVER agree to collect a prize from ANYWHERE else.
• If anyone phones to say you've won a prize in a Pinnacle Africa competition, make sure you entered it! If anyone calls to say you've won a competition you never entered with Pinnacle Africa, it is NOT one of our representatives.
• Our representatives will be able to quote you your Account number as well as specific account details if applicable, otherwise information provided in the competition will be used.
• If in ANY doubt, ask the caller for their name and the Pinnacle Africa switchboard number and phone the caller back.
• If you are concerned that a bogus caller has contacted you, please store the number of the caller (if you have caller ID) and email it to the Webmaster.
