This statement reflects the privacy policy of Pinnacle Africa, ("Pinnacle"), the owner and operator of Pinnacle Africa Online, with respect to the website located at www.pinnacleafrica.co.za (the "Site"). This statement is intended to inform casual visitors of the Site, and visitors who actively use the Site, of the data collection and use practices of the Site. Personally Identifiable Information

We only collect personally identifiable information, such as names, home addresses, e-mail addresses and contact numbers, from our visitors when such information is voluntarily provided. For example, when applying for a username and password, a visitor will be required to provide first and last name, company, contact details, e-mail address. etc.

The personally identifiable information that Pinnacle collects is used to provide services to participants of the Site, to customise content, product offerings and/or layout of our Site for each individual visitor, to notify visitors about updates to and activities on the Site, and to contact visitors for information verification purposes. Personally identifiable information collected on the Site is NOT shared with third parties without your prior express consent. In order to participate in our forums, users must be registered as a member of our website. Upon participating in our forum, members will be asked for their username and password. In addition, members have the option to allow other members to view their email address. Always remember that in order to protect your privacy users should not post any personal information, such as their home address or credit card information, as this information is made available to all visitors.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our website.

Enhancement of Personal Information

We may at times enhance our user database information with third party data to better target our advertising and provide pertinent offers we think our users would be interested in. Certain summary demographics are also used in our research product offerings.
