How To Register As A Dealer With Pinnacle Africa


If you are a dealer with Pinnacle Africa and you wish to register on the site to get access to the Dealer Portal, please click here or click on Dealer Portal Tab on the left and then click on the link that says "Click here to register for Dealer Portal Access" on the right hand side.

To register as a client, please download the appropriate form from the list below. Complete the form and print it out. Sign the hard copy and fax it to the branch closest to you or simply contact the branch closest to you and they will gladly assist.

  1. CASH DEALER APPLICATION – this application should be completed by applicants who wish to become a Channel dealer and wish to pay strictly cash for all purchases. Payments can be made through internet, credit cards, or bank notes. In the event of making internet payments, proof of such payments must be submitted to the sales staff attending to your order and 24 hours should be allowed for clearance through Pinnacle’s bank account before the order can be collected or delivered.

  2. PINNACLE MICRO (PTY) LTD DEALER APPLICATION (Credit Terms Account) – this application should be completed by applicants who wish to become Channel dealers and wish to apply for credit terms. The credit terms can vary between 7, 15 or 30 days from statement date and approval of such terms will be subject to prior approval of insured credit limits obtained from Pinnacle’s insurers. Applications with credit limits below R100,000.00 will qualify for terms less than 30 days from statement date but can be monitored over a period of six months with a view of increasing the terms to 30 days.

  3. PINNACLE AFRICA APPLICATION (Dealers not in South Africa, Nambia or Botswana) – this application should be completed by applicants from neighbouring countries or other foreign countries.

IMPORTANT

All Applicants applying for CREDIT TERMS, are requested to enclose a written consent form on their company letterhead.
The wording is available here and is in accordance with the New Credit Act. This written consent will streamline your application for Credit Terms.

The signed consent form is dictated by the New Credit Act to all concerned who will be granting credit terms to applicants and where there is a need to apply for bank reports, trade references and obtain court records from any credit bureau.

Our insurers will only approve credit limits once the aforesaid criteria have been met.
